Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Please provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) when initiating a return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain perishable goods, such as food and drink items, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Costs
